A 6-7 pound fluctuation seems ridiculous even at my weight. Anyone else have fluctuations like this? It drives me crazy and makes me afraid to eat anything.

Yes. Happens all the time. Even the time of day you weigh yourself will matter. I use an Android app called "Libra" and I weigh myself first thing every morning. It gives me a "trend weight" that I use to log on here. It's made me less afraid of the scale. haha0

Yup. I weigh every morning when I get up and every night when I go to bed. (Fluctuations don't bother me.) Last night I weighed 5 pounds more than I did yesterday morning and when I weighed this morning, it was all gone and then some. Totally normal.0

Yes it can be completely normal. Things like water retention, food in your belly, stress, lack of sleep etc can contribute to these fluctuations.
Just be sure that you are weighing your food and not over estimating your exercise cals and calculated your calorie allotment correctly. If the weight gain continues to be a trend than your math is incorrect somewhere.

Unfortunately, when you don't always have access to a kitchen/food scale, things get a bit hard to log. /today I had a really big veal parm sandwich and some fries at a local italian place, I had no idea how many calories that monster had. So, my only real option was taking one of the measurements for veal parm subs and estimating the weight to be 15% more than I thought it was.0
