Hi, my name is Jessica. I am trying to transition from weight watchers to myfitnesspal. I am anxious to get acclimated and see my first week's results! :happy:

  • I just started yesterday. I like this program because it makes you more aware about what you are eating throughout the day. Plus its easy to access.

    Hi, Jessica. I am also doing WW and MFP together. I love this site to do my food tracking. I have found that after logging for a day, I can use the WW calculator to figure out the points. It will not be exact, but in my case it is very close. Tracking here has become a habit and the database is huge. I just make sure I am tracking the protein, fiber, fats, and carbs on here.
