Hi!

I'm Laura and I wanted to introduce myself. I LOVE myfitnesspal! It had been so helpful for me. I love knowing exactly how much I ate, how many calories I have left and knowing exactly what I ate. I guess it's about keeping myself accountable. I have been seriously trying to lose weight since the end of May this year, and so far I have lost 30 pounds. I am doing this to be healthy, have more energy and to feel better about myself. I struggle with my self esteem and losing weight is helping. I am in control of my life and I feel great!

    Hardest part is starting! Everyone expects and wants results right away but in reality it takes an average of 12 weeks for real results to set in and the body to adapt to the new changes of healthier activities and eating.
