work out shoes

I'm just wondering if anyone has any opinions on shoes. I have been mainly doing Cathe Friedrich, Fitness Blender, Insanity, and Turbo Fire. Are running shoes ok or cross trainers, etc??

For HIIT workouts your should do cross trainers...more stability to reduce chance of injury0

I Agree with Kherrons, Cross training shoes are your best friend with the type of workouts you are doing. Running shoes are fine as well.. but cross training is more adaptable for you. I don't know if you have a specialty running shoe store around you, but if you can get fitted for the best shoe for your type of foot.. then that would help you even more. They do these tests on a treadmill, that measures your step/strike when you are running/walking.
