Sorry to sound so blond? But how does it work - is it my minimum calorie intake and the excersize that I need to do to loose 0.5kg?
Please let me know if this is right.
Thanks,
Anitaj

If you look at your home page, your calories remaining should be at zero by the end of the day (the red number). This has been calculated by the computer for you and is, basically, the number of calories you would need to consume to maintain your current weight, minus the calories needed to achieve your goal weight by the date you set, plus the calories you have burned doing your exercise. It can be kind of confusing, but as long as you get that number down to zero (or close) and stay within reason on your nutrients, you will be good.0
