Exercise Logging (?)

Greetings everyone,

I went to log in my HIIT workout for today and none of the exercises are listed in the MFP database. If I manually add them then I need to know the calories burned number, which I haven't any clue. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep track?
The exercises in question for today were planks, elbow planks, one arm planks, half jacks, mt climbers, rotation planks.

Thanks!

Michele

I never know either, so I log as "calisthenics". There is a vigorous effort and a light effort choice. I don't "eat back" calories, so it doesn't matter much for me. I think this is the closest option and I like to see that I logged something.
There is also a listing for circuit training, general.

Invest in a heart rate monitor with a chest strap ..will help you estimate cals burnt a lot better. Polar models are not bad

meshashesha20 - I know that looks weird, a HIIT plank. I've started the 30 days of HIIT from the Neilarey.com site and day 9 was a micro workout of plank variations . 20 second regular plank, 20 sec elbow plank and so forth. :)
