    Sounds interesting.I don't run any more, but when I did, I know I looked forward to the times that I would start crying at the end of my run because it had been a release.

    Lol...that was good... but relieved that it's fake... I'm pretty sure I would rather not know the truth behind my running... I think self-flagellation just scratches the surface....
