I don't want to bulk up in any way whatsoever I just want to be lean and toned. Will eating a quest bar everyday for breakfast make me fat/bulky?

Going over your calories will make you fat. My understanding, and someone please correct me if I am wrong, but bulking is caused by weight training. Not from food. You need to eat more food to get buff, but food itself will not make you buff.0

That depends on how many you eat. With 17 grams of fiber in a bar, yeah, there's gonna be bulk.

If only it were that easy to bulk and gain muscle lol. As long as the Quest bars are in your calorie goal, you shouldn't be gaining weight.0

I've had more then 3...and I'm not even that muscular, and I'm actively trying to be, and I'm a guy... Women only get muscular and bulky like that taking ingredients not found in quest bars, if ya catch my drift.0
