My budget is 200 dollers a fortnight i live Australia. i need help onn dieting because I'm unemployed and living with parents can anyone hit me up with a cheap simple diet i don't mind eating the same thing ev

I don't have a specfic diet for you but some things I eat which are pretty cheap
- Whole Roast chicken (cook it yourself one)
- Tuna Cans (usually $1 each)
- Rice (buy in bulk)
- Sweet Potato
- Broccoli
- Green Beans
- Big bag of baby spinach and rocket
- Frozen Veggies if desperate ($2-3 for a big bag of them)
I know its hard when your on a budget but I defiantly recommend having a strong variety in your diet! plus eating the same thing over and over will make you go insane !0 -
dam Broccoli is $7 a kg atm the moment in Sydney. I haven't bought any for weeks because of it.
And its well in season.....0 -
i know its ridiculous remember when lettuce was a 1 dollar now its like $3 .250
