Hi Everyone!

I've finally accepted I need to do something different and recently read somewhere that putting your goals "out there" help you put them in action...so here it is. After having my two beautiful children I've battled the stomach bulge, yay. I go to the gym regularly and weight lift at least three times a week. Yet here I am, battling the muffin. I've been doing some research on healthy weight loss and only confused myself more. I've even had a personal trainer, and well, here I am. So basically I'm gonna just keep trying till I finally look like a fitness model, ha-ha, or the bulge wins. Anyways I'm really hoping to be able to hear what works for other people and hopefully find my happy place.
