I've followed Skinnytaste for years, back when Gina was working full time and doing Skinnytaste as a hobby. I've tried several of her recipes and I've seen her website mentioned quite a few times on MFP, so thought you'd want to know she has a cookbook coming in Sept. AWESOME!:drinker:

    I've made a lot of the Skinny Taste recipes too - the cheeseburger casserole, and enchiladas being my favourites. I will SO be buying her cook book if it's available in the UK :)

    I preordered mine a while ago! I love her recipes.

    And yes, the cheeseburger casserole was a huge hit here. Got to make it again.
