I have 782 Calories left for today... what sounds good?

I have 782 calories left for today.... not sure what I should eat. It is 8pm where I am and I will be going to bed soon...but I know I should eat something or that "starvation" sign comes up..any suggestions??

I have an iron stomach, so my vote is for 2 McDoubles (that's 780 calories, coincidence? I think not!) :laugh: But the ice cream and bananas are probably better options for the general population.0

haha...as good as that sounds...since i have been counting calories.... i do not even want to touch a greasy burger....even though i do love them...its weird when i have someone (mfp) to answer to other than myself...0

start with a broth base, throw in a little heavy cream to make it a cream soup, toss in some veggies, any new or left over protein, and some pasta noodles and sit down comfy on the couch in your jammies and enjoy a nutritious hot bowl of soup. Make it in the microwave and it only takes about 10 minutes.0

Add me to the ice cream votes - or even better - gelato! That is a nice chunk of calories left so you should take advantage of it - maybe not that much ice cream every day of course, but it is ok to indulge and yet stay under your calories every once in a while!0

You won't go into starvation mode. Eat some extra tomorrow.
However, a big glass of milk and some toast will use up 500 or so. A nice thing to eat before bedtime.0 -
