still confused..Net calories

so i get the math... calories in minus calories burned equal net
what i am not understanding is that the graph makes it look like i have this high number for goal, and that seems reverse to me.
shouldnt i want it as low as can....meaning i have burned a lot of the calories i took in?
maybe i am mistaken, but that seems like logic to the method....
please help me understand this. higher net number would mean food minus minimal calorie burn.
what does everyone else aim for?

Not sure which graph you're looking at, but if it's the Net Calorie report the red line is your calorie goal without exercise. If you add calories burned from exercise it increases your daily goal and you should eat some or all of those back (depending on the reliability of the burns your logging). Your daily goal includes a deficit already so you should try to meet that goal, not stay below it, and if you're burning additional calories from workouts you eat those calories too. Hope this helps, and that I'm understanding your question correctly.0
