I have been using this site for 2 weeks now and i am enjoying it. I am at the beginning of my lifestyle change introducing healthy eating and exercise. I welcome new friends to keep me motivated so feel free to add me. I am having trouble with staying away from the scale all the time, is that an issue for anyone else? How often do you weigh yourself? Does anyone use recipes from the Eating Well website?

Weighing frequently is a downer for me. The fluctuations from day to day (hour to hour) is discouraging. I now weigh weekly and sometime every 10 days.0

I used to weigh myself daily as well but I have learned that I feel less stressed about my weight loss when I weigh in weekly. The site I use for recipes is Skinnymom.com ... Even my boyfriend likes the foods I have made using that site. Good Luck on your weight loss journey !!0
