Ladies who are 5`3 whats your goal weight

Is 110 unrealistic for a medium framed 5`3 women.I want to be that weight but I hope I wont look too skinny

    Girlfriend is 5'2" her goal weight is 125. She sexy as 'ell at any weight doe.

    I'm aiming at 140 as a first goal, then I'll tweak and adjust from there.

    I am large framed and very solidly built, so I'm pretty sure my personal ideal is between 125 and 140. Those with a smaller frame than me could probably rock the lower half of the range better than I can.

    I'm 5'4" and my goal is 135ish right now, I'll readjust higher or lower when I get around there depending on how I look and feel. That's the nice thing about self set goals, they're easy to change :laugh:

    So, I would say aim for there and when you get close see how you look and feel and if you want to go all the way do it and if you're happy above that stay above it. Do you, be happy.

  • I'm 5'3 and I would like to get to about 130-135. I have a large frame so that may be it. I'm going to keep losing the weight as long as I can until I get comfortable with what I look like and how I feel.

    I'm 5'3 and was at 109 about 9 years ago, I looked sick and gaunt for me. I'm hoping 130ish depending on how my weight training is going.

  • I'm 5'4". I started at 141, with 124 as my initial goal. I'm at 126, but have reset my goal to 114. I'm not sure that's going to be my final goal (could be higher or lower), but for now it seems reasonable. But I have a slender bone structure and small chest.

    I'm just shy of 5'3", small frame. Currently 123 with a bit of muscle. I still want to trim fat so aiming for 115, I think.
  • I'm slightly over 5'3, my current goal is 130. Once I get there I could see if maybe I could do 5 more but probably not!

    I am at now 140 but I still have big thinghs and butt.I am hoping another 20 lb will slim down those prometuc area's

    I'm 5'4 and my goal is 132. It was 145 originally but 132 would be AMAZING. I'm fairly muscular and strong boned, so I can't imagine going under 130, but we'll see.

    I'm 5'1" and while my ticker is set to 105, I'm fairly happy at 110 - I'm shooting more for leaning out than dropping weight right now though- don't really care what the scale says as long as my skinny jeans fit and I lose some of the chub. I'm hoping to swap it out for stronger muscles one of these days.

    I'm 5'2 with medium frame and weigh 121. I'm happy here, even if there's room for improvement. Not reaching for perfection.
    I say evaluate it as you get closer to that goal. Where are you at now?

    I'm 5'3.5" and I aimed for 125, but I felt pretty happy at 135 so I adjusted my goal. After reassessing I decided to go to 130 as I start to lift heavy and reassess again.
    Mostly I'm just interested in body comp at this point. I'm happy with my weight and if my body fat was lower I'd be over the moon.

    Nobody thinks I need to lose at this weight and some even think I looked better a few lbs ago. You never know how you're going to look or feel, so I'd say shoot for whatever you want but reassess periodically when you are in a healthy range. And also consider as you get closer if your real concern is your weight or just how your body looks. Took me a while to realize that some goals would only be met by reducing fat % instead of weight.

    120, but really we will see. It's more about body fat and how I look, plus not getting complacent.

    I have a smaller frame and definitely wasn't especially thin last time I was 120, but I also had no butt and in general would have looked better with some more muscle development. So I'm more interested in that and if I'm heavier, that's fine with me.
