My Name is Marisa and I am a new Mother and I am Just Having The Most Tough Time Trying To Get Back Into Shape...
I Got Married and It Kind of Went Downhill after that when it came to my weight and then i gained with the baby and i weigh over 200 pounds and i dont wanna be that way and i need some inspiration i guess you can say i feel like i have none and then to pick up my baby on a daily basis takes a toll on my back and knees too and its hard

    You have already taken the first steps to a lifestyle change. If this is your goal then please give yourself time, be honest with yourself and patiently work on that goal.

    Enjoy the transforamtion and your new family it will all come together as you keep working at it.

    Hi Marisa. I was in the same boat as you. Got married, quit smoking, had babies and was up to 224 9 months after my second child. This February I just couldn't do it any more and really started counting calories and exercising. I've lost 30 lbs and am at pre-baby weight (although I have a long way to go still on the getting married and quitting smoking weight).

    There is a ton of good support on here. If you'd like, we have a group trying to lose 20lbs by Christmas. That's about a pound a week. If you would like to join just go to the groups sub tab under the community tab and search 20lbs by Christmas 2014. We are going to weigh in weekly and support each other.
