Looking for more motivating MFP buddies:)

I have been using MFP for a few months now and they have been great!!
I have met many new friends on here that motivate me and tell me I did a good job for eating turkey for dinner instead of a greasy slice of pizza haha. It is the little things that give you a big push!

    Usually out there exercising 6 days a week (multiple times some days!). Mainly cycling/walking/jogging and some Zumba (of late!).

    Also log each day!

  • From January to April of this year, I was doing so well in terms of my health and fitness! I don't know what happened along the way, but I completely fell off the wagon.
