Headaches?

So I've been at this nearly a month, never exceeding 1200 - which has been difficult at times but I think I got over the initial hump LOL. I don't know how much weight I lost, but I've gone down a full pants size (was a 12, now a loose 10). But here's the thing: the past week or so I've been getting headaches and stomaches. I recently started taking a multi-vitamin just in case I haven't been getting enough nutrients with the 1200 calories but it hasn't helped all that much.
(I think one of the issues I have is that last month I started wearing Invisalign braces and I absolutely cannot snack at all during the day. The braces need to stay on 22 hours a day and are only supposed to be removed while eating or drinking something other than water. Before putting the braces back on I have to brush, floss and rinse thoroughly before putting them back in. Since I work full time that would be a little difficult LOLOL)
I guess my question is: has anybody else experienced headaches and stomach pains when you reduced your calories? Any advice would be appreciated
