I think this is way off!

So before every workout I shoot hoops for about 30-45 minutes at least. It isn't me running hard to get the ball and shooting fast its just me taking shots jogging over to get the ball etc. I added it in as exercise and it says I am burning 300-400 calories! the other day I shot hoops for 90 minutes and it says I burned 600 calories! To me that seems way over estimated. Should I just take this as an estimate?

Was there an option between 'regular' and 'vigorous'?0

At the weight in your profile that sounds about right. However, wearing a heart rate monitor is the best why to determine your calorie burn for cardio excersises.0

After I bought my HRM I noticed some activities were pretty close, and other's were way off. So a HRM is really the way to go. If your worried its not right, I just wouldn't log it (then it won't add to calories you can eat for the day), and anything extra then is just bonus.0
