Need some low calorie dishes!
I've been sitting at my office desk thinking of all the bad foods I would like to eat.. Instead of torturing myself, I'm trying to find some realllllyyyy yummy low calorie foods! I need a variety to be able to keep this up. If possible, could you also post the calories per serving?
Thanks a bunch!

couple of suggestions: one is Jillian Michael's website. It's free for 7 days so you can get some good recipes for all times of day on there. Plus, if you Google "eating right recipes", you will get some good websites to look at.0

I made this Quinoa and Black Beans recipe last night and we loved it! I put in a can of diced tomatoes and only 1 can of beans. It was around 300 calories per serving with 14 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Quinoa-and-Black-Beans/Detail.aspx
ps I put a bit of sour cream and a little shredded cheese on top. it's a bit like chili.0 -

I just got a recipe for a snack it's called peanut butter spread and its 53 calories for 2 tablespoons but it is yummy with apples or banana. You mix 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt, 1/3 cup peanut butter ( I use organic that doesn't have any sugar), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, splenda ( I add 10 packs I like it sweet), mix until smooth. It make 12 servings. I eat it with a apple and it's 120 calorie snack and very filling.0
