my wrist size is 13.75 cm (which is 5.41 inches) (if i lose more weight it might even be half a cm less or more)
according to that, im small frame
and ideal weight is 90% of 105, or 95 pounds ish

Well I'm 5ft 4 also with a small frame - my wrist is 5 1/2 inches. Currently 123lbs but still have lots of fat around my hips and belly. If I wasn't doing heavy weight lifting I would be aiming for about 52kg or 114lbs. I'm quite muscular now particularly around shoulders back and arms, but have a long way to go. So I'm aiming to lose final bits of fat but probably not much more weight - its a long term thing now. I've reached my goal clothes wise, so slowly, slowly I'm trying for body recomposition.

Having said that, 30 years ago when I was powerlifting I was in the 52 kg class and quite muscular- but always seemed to have that fatty bit at the bottom of my back. So maybe I will lose more weight if I keep at it!!

Probably not much help to you. I would just say that if you think you have wobbly bits that you want to lose, then keep at it. Its a personal thing at the end of the day. Most people would probably say that I don't need to lose weight, and the fat I have left is easy to hide with good fitting clothes, not so easy to hide in a bikini!! Maybe I shouldn't want to wear one at my age, but I do.
