Possibly silly question about the water log on here

When you log how many glasses - does it mean pint glasses of water, 1/2 pint (normal glass) of water or what? As I said - this is possibly a really silly question :/

    Pretty sure it is 1 cup, which is 240 millilitres.

    yes it is just a regular sized glass of water, 8 ounces or 240ml

    If you want to go by pints, 1 cup is about 1/2 a pint.

    I also was wondering this, so instead of logging my water in the water bit i log it in my snack section (i drink bottled water so have a barcode lol)
    that way i can keep track of what im drinking without being confised about glass size lol

    This what I do to make it really simple: every click on the water glass equal 8 ounces. At the end of the day I know exactly how many ounces of water I consume.

    Use whatever measurement suits you, but be consistent.
