Adding burned Calories to exercise?

I wear a heart rate monitor watch and usually when I hit to the gym I do cross fit exercises and many other things and sometimes I don't even count my sets. Usually I try to keep my heart rate up and burn calories. I'm trying to find a way to just add calories burned to myfitnesspal so I don't end up in a calorie deficient

I created my own activities since I use DVDs I have an entry for each title. I also ride dressage and create dressage training (horse riding). Just make a a name like robtraining and log it that way.0

you can create your own exercises just like you can create your own recipes...you can put in whatever you wish as your calorie burn.0

Even if you pick an exercise from mfp's list, you can change the calories burned before hitting Add and it will update your exercise with whatever you put in for time/calories.0
