Hello fitness pals, my name is Patty and I am new to this site. I logged on a long time ago and never used it. I want to use it now and get results! I am 52 years old, 5'2" and need to lose 15-20 lbs to get to my healthy weight. My bad cholesterol is high and my doctor said to manage it by exercise and weight loss so here I am!! Anyone out there with similar goals as mine? I'd like to connect and get motivated!!! :flowerforyou:

Good job getting motivated, Patty. This self-accountability site is a wonderful tool. Use it and keep moving forward. Since I've lost some weight, eat within my BMR (basil metabolism rate) and work out 5 times a week, my bad cholesterol dropped 60 points. My good cholesterol is within range now. Doc was thrilled. Still have some work to do. Good luck to you and hope to see you logging in often.
