Starting MFP fresh, need friends, etc

Hello, I am 31 and have 130 lbs to lose... I started back in March but all I did was gain, found out I have hypothyroidism 4 months ago. Now that my levels are fine I am starting to see loses. I log on everyday and would like to add new friends, for motivation and support.

    Hi! Good for you for wanting to improve your health. You can definitely do this - slow and steady wins the race. Feel free to add me - I'm fairly active during the week, more sporatic on the weekends. :flowerforyou:

    Yeah, I figure it was about time I said "I wish I wasn't so big" "I wish I could do this or that" and just did it. I lost my gallbladder and my thyroid decided to hibernate. I plan on doing it this time. I don't want any more health issues. Plus, I would love to have another baby, my little mini me. My husband got his, now it's my turn lol

    Fell free to add me, started back fresh today!! I lost 23 but got off track for 3 months and i've put back on 8 pounds so back on track today!
