    BMR to be added on the right ? or is that included in "Daily function".

    What i'm trying to say is if Calories in (left side of the scale) is less than calories out (right side of the scale) then you will lose weight, if you pay attention to the two green components that loss should be mainly fat :-)

    Not really. I don't know why some circles are bigger or green.

    It might be easier to just say it than to make a whole diagram and then explain the diagram.

    The words "weight gain" beside a down arrow. I would find that somewhat inconsistent and confusing
