Just turned 40, and want a fresh start!!

Hi friends, 40 did not begin well, got diagonosed with Fatty liver disease, pre diabetic, over weight added to this have osteopenia and have survived ovarian cancer in the 20s.

I am making a new beginning and managed to lose 3 lbs in the last 2 months, I hope to meet people along who can inspire and motivate me in the journey forward.
