Help!

I've been working out for a long time, however i never seem to lose weight. Since February i have had the goal of losing ten pounds but i have not lost weight. I toned up but i gained a couple pounds back from a vacation.
I'm 17, 4'9 and 113 pounds, i workout 3-5 times a week depending on if i'm busy. I go for two hours and my workouts consist of:
45 minutes on the elliptical, 10-15 on the bike, 10 running, and 30 minutes of weights. Is there something wrong with my workouts?

    How's your eating?

Weight loss is achieved through a calorie deficit. If you're not controlling your eating (meaning calorie counting) to create a calorie deficit, you won't lose weight.

Exercising is a great supplement to calorie counting, but its the eating that matters.

Weight loss is more about diet than exercise. You can exercise all you want, but if your calories aren't in check then you won't lose weight.

That said, you need to find a site like sparkteens.com that's more geared toward your nutritional needs.

Yep. The saying goes, "You can't out exercise a bad diet." Your workouts seem fine, but exercise doesn't mean you don't have to watch what you eat.

It seems like you are at a healthy weight. It also seems like you may be overdoing it on the exercise!
