Need help picking a routine.

Can anybody recommend an intense, short exercise that can be done daily to tone up / get lean? By short I mean less than 30 minutes. I have no equipment and want to workout from home - low impact preferred as I live on the second floor and don't want to upset the neighbors.

    Intense and low-impact? Diet will make you lean, strength training will make you look better when you get there. You could look up bodyweight exercises on youtube, or the You Are Your Own Gym app. If your apartment has stairs, you could run up a couple of flights and then walk down and repeat.

    Kettlebell is great (just don't drop them), but I'd seriously consider learning from an expert in a class before investing in kettlebells and working out at home.

    I also have access to YouTube through an app on a video game on one TV and a Roku streaming device on another TV. I can search YouTube for all kinds of workout videos. It's great!
