Hi!
I just started this week and wow - I can see where I need to make some adjustments already! I am coming into this program with my head and body focused on building strength as well as peace of mind. I am a mother of two, and I am hoping to add one more to our family. My body needs some help with that and this is why I am here!

I just started this about two weeks ago and I said the same thing. I have already started making changes and I'm losing weight. i know you aren't trying to lose but I hope my fitness is able to help you gain what you are looking to gain. Good luck :-)0
