I was going to say that. Of course, I'd probably risk going over a little bit and make it chocolate milk, but that's just me. I take a thyroid pill every morning and it's supposed to be on an empty stomach, before joining MFP I'd fix a large glass of chocolate milk and it would hold me over for a couple of hours.

    A bunch of steamed veggies
a big salad without dressing (spritz with lemon)
    egg whites and low-fat cheese
    look here for inspiration: http://book.hungry-girl.com/books/2
Oh, why don't you exercise for a bit? Maybe 15 minutes of jumping will get you a few more cals.... but then again its already late and its friday

Trader Joe's chicken tender 40 calories
2 cups steamed Broc. 60 calories
30 grams of sweet potato baked 30 calories

You over by ten but you get protean, veggie and a goodish carb.

1/2 cup nonfat, sugar-free yogurt (like Yoplait Light or Dannon Light) mixed with 1/2 cup Fiber One original. The protein in the yogurt should help as well as the fiber in the cereal.

    Good luck!

The 100-cal popcorn bags do the trick for me when I want something filling.
