Did you log some exercise?0

If you've logged exercise it will increase your limit so that you can eat back the calories earned. It may also have updated the limit if you've changed something in your settings i.e general activity level. I know my calorie limit refreshed itself when I adjusted my goal weight the other day.0

Ohh It would of been because I added an exersise that burned 660 cals , so should I eat something? I am feeling abit hungry lol0

If you are hungry, then absolutely! EAT! Just be aware that MFP seems to overestimate calorie burns, so if you got your calorie burn from the MFP database, then you may only want to eat back 50% or so of those calories (that is, if you are trying to lose weight).0

Yes, you should eat back your exercise calories. If you look around the forums you'll find some people don't eat them all back if they think the estimated burn is quite high, or sometimes just to save a little to balance out a potential bad day later in the week. Find what works for you, everyone's routines are a little different!0
