Kinda Disapointed in Myself!

Well tonight we had our basketball game and there I ate some nachos with cheese and the after we went to McDonalds. The problem is that though i had an awesome time at the game and an even better week! I cant help but remember lol how unhealthy I ate[today]. i missed yesterdays exercise and tried to pick up today and do an hour instead of thirty minutes but yeahh that didnt work out i got through like ten minutes of it
But i do know that soon itll be an new day and i can start fresh so im not that down about it because i kno it wont change a thing about me loosing this weight
In other news currently doin jillians 30 day shred, and doin a two to three mile walk rotateing ofcourse. Ive been doin good for the most part i guess i just got to get over the reality of it[weight] just gonna fall off when i snap my fingers. i havent lost any pounds since my first week which is water weight week. it can be frustrating but I chose to stop weighing myself all together to avoid the discouragement.
So far on my overrall progress from one to ten i give it about a four n half. My mom tellls me she sees a difference sometimes i feel a difference but i dont see results ive been logged in close to 17days. Soo yeah:huh:
Maybe you can check my journals. And I AM open to any suggestions, you can certainly add me if you want:flowerforyou:

I started my journey about ten days ago and lost 7 pounds in the water weight! Your body will hold onto the fat for some time, but if you keep eating well and exercising your body will eventually go "okay fine I will let it go!"0

It takes alot to lose wieght, and no effort or thought to gain it, which really sucks.
You just have to try and keep trying and when you have a bad day start over the next day, one bad day- one bad week, is nothing compared to one bad lifetime of unhealthy- no-thought- given eatting binges.0 -
I did look at your journal. Minus the binge day you are doing okay food wise. Are you drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day? And my advice would be to exercise more for sure. Good luck!!0

I am, by far, no expert, but I did take a look at your diary, and there seems to be a lot of repeating(I just looked at this last week so not sure if it's different any further back). I've read quite a few people on here say that you have to change things up. Your body gets used to eating the same thing over and over again, and will just start to not try so hard to get rid of it(or something like that.) Other than that, I'm really not sure. Your meals look pretty good, as far as everything else goes.
Hopefully someone with more experience can give you some more answers.0 -
Good for you for being optimistic and willing to move on. The right mindset is the most important step to weight loss/maintenance/health. Rather than thinking "I did this and it's going to set me back," think instead "I did this, and I'm going to do something to fix it right now", or better yet, identify when you're about to do something you'll regret so that you can stop yourself (that's what I"m working on right now--it's hard! But worth it).
Just from the last week or so in your journal, it seems like you could use a lot more vegetables in your diet. Find a way to fit them in, and your meals/snacks will be much more satisfying.0 -
Just remember: you've already taken the first few steps, which is often the hardest part!! Stick with it! :flowerforyou:0

last year I started this at 182 went down to 140 quit and in no time went back up 10 pounds . Disappointed in myself heck yeah I knew better, but got caught up in life and the convinience of a drive thru. At the same time I am proud of myself I caught myself before I gained to much wieght.0

Ohh yeah you are right about the repeating. I repeat mostly my breakfast and lunch because of school thats mainly why, I always on the go so it makes breakfast a challenge(and i dont wanna skip it) As for lunch instead of eating school luch i bring my own and its mostly the same thing everyday. Thats why im repeating so much lol0
