i have only just discovered this site so not sure how it works
i have alot of weight to loose and i am hopeing to get the support i need from hear!:flowerforyou:

  • Welcome , i myself have just joined this site, only a couple of hours ago actually and am excited about the prospect of having some extra encouragement from others who are on the same journey and with the same goal in mind.

    Hi :)

    It is fairly straightforward, log everything you eat and drink into the food diary add in any exercise you do and try hard to stay with in the calorie guide MFP gives you. Don't beat yourself up if you slip over every now and then, most people do! One day here and there won't ruin your whole healthy eating plan :)
