logging P90X in myfitnesspal

while going through this app i noticed there isnt really any easy way to log P90X properly am i doing it wrong or is this just how it is?

Go there, plug in your info and it'll tell you how many calories. Then just come back to MFP and log it manually for your exercise0 -
Wear a HRM, log the calories burned as circuit training (or cardio or whatever...it doesn't matter since your HRM is giving you the calorie estimate)0

Wear a chest band HRM; out of curiosity I went to the p90x calorie burn link above, and compared it to my HRM results...the link estimates were extremely high in each of the intensity levels (at least for me). Even HRM readings are approximate, (based on algorithms but with the benefit of tracking heart beat), and I suspect better on an individual basis than a generic guesstimate. High exercise expenditure readings can really undermine the calorie portion of weight loss if a person 'eats back' those calories---can easily put you way over your target calories & macros.0

i never bother logging workouts when i'm doing beach body. i just set my calorie goal to whatever the nutrition guide that comes with the program recommends for my stats. simple and works well0
