I'm doing the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, DVD at home (trying to mix it up), I'm just looking for suggestions on how to enter that into the daily exercise log, any suggestions?

The search function would probably have answered this 5000 times over for you, some log it as circuit training, others as aerobics. I'd try "search" and see what pops up :flowerforyou:0

I used to log it as circuit training until I got my HRM. Then I realized that I really burned 100 less calories then I was logging it as. I know that not everyone can afford a HRM but you might want to think about purchasing one so you don't run into the same problem I had with saying that I burned way more calories then I really did.0

circuit training, general
I find this listing pretty accurate, at least according to what my heart rate monitor (HRM) tells me I burn.0
