TZ getting started

Hey everybody! Will be looking around the boards to see what is working best for all who need to lose 50 pounds. I will be using MFP and my FitBit. Need lots of motivation to kick me out of the kitchen and into the gym... of course when I am supposed to be in the kitchen, making sure I eat right.

I know losing weight slow but sure is the better way to go, I am definitely in for a good jump start. I KNOW how to eat right. I KNOW what to do when I get to the gym. But frankly a quick weight loss would be my biggest motivation to then do it right for the balance of the weight.

Hope to be on the boards everyday.

    I've just moved from fitday to myfitness pal. Love the ability to scan in foods and enter menu itesm from major restaurants. I've consistently found that if I don't log, I don't lose. Over the past 18 months I;ve lost 30+ pounds, and now working on another 15.
