post-dinner "treat"

Hey all! I've learned to LOVE herbal teas- straight up! NO SUGAR NOR HONEY! I drink it almost every single night and it calms me down after a long day, and helps me sleep. I recommend buying fruit- flavored herbal teas. I love Orange Spice and Rasberry, but I also love Sleepy Time and Vanilla Honey Chammomile. I heard a guy on Oprah mention that he has tea after dinner to ease his sweet tooth, and this usually does the trick. I hope it helps! Good luck to everyone on their fitness journey!

I do that too! I usually have Bigelow Green Tea with peach or pomegranate. It really does help fill that "sweet" craving I always have after dinner0

Great job on the weight loss so far!!...I swear by hot tea. Any kind will do. It takes the "edge" off whenever I'm feeling peckish. It calms me when I'm nervous. It soothes my throat when I'm sick. It tastes great with or without sweetener. I just love it!!0
