Woohoo! ive found my new mojo

I've been struggling to loose my baby weight for the past two years. I started 'watching' what i eat- using this term very loosely last january (2009) and fell off the wagon sooo many times. i managed to loose 16lbs really slowly and got really down about it as my clothes wouldnt fit and i was sooo unfit. then i decided that enough is enough i need to get my weight back on track and take this a bit more seriously. I discovered MFP and ive lost 3lbs this week! in one week!!! that has never happened before!!! im soo pleased. I hope to stick to it this time around and get to goal :)

    Congrats on your weight loss! I too, have fallen off the wagon so many times but am going to be dedicated this time around!

    Great and glad you are back! I have done this myself and consider myself in the zone now. I know that writing things down is the way to go and MFP makes it so easy. I obviously cannot add what I eat when I just try to add in my head, LOL! Keep it up!
