Food containers for food on the go?

College starts in just under 2 weeks and I'd like to be able to bring my own prepared food so I know whats in it etc... I'm in the UK looking for some tupperware boxes or similar which are divided (so I can have meat in one section and veggies/other in the other side). But I can't find any like this, I've tried big chain supermarkets but they only sell sets which are glass... any other ideas where I could look online?

You guys don't have plastic tupperware in UK? I am sure you guys do but in case you don't, just go to any Indian store and ask for the steel "tiffin" box. They also have plastic tiffin box if you will be microwaving your grub. Worst case scenario, zip lock bags are awesome for sandwich carrying to work.
Good luck.0 -
Have you tried Lakeland? They have some good options if you've got a store near you.0

We do , but it's either super expensive for one set or it's just not what you want :P0 -
Sistema containers are available in the UK. You can find them on Amazon.
They have things for many purposes like for sauce, for chilled meals.. etc
Here is some that may work for you:

I really love these and they're for all types of food. I get the salad ones because it has a mini container for dressing on top, and my croutons can sit nicely and not get soggy. They also have them for soups, sammies and such.
I don't know if they're available in the UK though

don't know about UK, but I love rubbermaid easy lids and often get for cheap on kmart. I love them! They also conveniently match of with the types of portions I like for my meals (based on the food plate). The smallest one is 1/2 cup, then 1.25 cup (with a line from the handle that demarcates 1 cup), then 2 cup, etc.0
