I have went from a 3-4 long to a 1-2 long. I have lost seven pounds. im down from 130 to 123. I m not sure if those results are good or not? is that a good rate? Sometimes i feel like its not enough. I want results fast! Am i just being impatient? I have been on this websight for three weeks. my wieght does go up and down from day to day.

I think that is a fab weightloss, you cant have much to lose either and its normally very slow.0

If you're buying long pants, the odds are you're tall.. So you probably don't have a lot of weight to lose. Look into what your "ideal" healthy weight is, and see if that's where you are. Maybe you need to focus less on the scale, and more on measurements if you're uncomfortable with the way your body looks.. Tone tone tone!0

Fast weightloss causes problems. best way to lose weight is slowly0

7 pounds in 3 weeks is fantastic...are you working out as well? It is not a myth that muscle weighs more than fat....so you may be gaining muscle weight which is a good thing....be happy with your healthy 7 pounds lost!!0

If your a size 1-2 and now weigh 123 and think you still need to lose weight, you may need to see a Doctor, and I mean that in the nicest way possible. You do not need to lose weight. Good luck0

Sounds good to me! I been dieting for 3 weeks also and only lost 1 1/2 lbs and an inch from waist, neck and arm. I did my goals over and now working out harder to see better results. Remember we all loose weight differently.. some from our face, some from our bodies, some u cant even notice but when u measure yourself u will see the results. Keep it up!!! :flowerforyou: :happy:0

ANY weight loss is good,i have not lost for 4 weeks now GRRRRRRRRRRR,,,,
i have reduced the cals and upped the exersice and STILL nothing.....BUT still gotta be doing good somewhere right0 -
I agree with the above poster... at this point I am focusing more on the way my body looks (muscle) than the numbers on the scale. The way I do that is with exercise and with healthy eating (my new way of life at this point on my journey- not a diet). Your rate of loss, 7 pounds in 3 weeks, seems to be a healthy rate at a little over 2 pounds a week. Anything faster than that and you're probably losing water and/or cannibalizing muscle- which you don't want to do I'm sure!
Keep going to reach your goals... but please don't let an arbitrary number on a scale or a pair of pants define you!0 -

Not to hijack the thread... but this happened to me. I upped my calories by 225 a day and started eating every single one of my exercise calories.... I started losing again! For me, I had to eat more to lose!0 -
How tall are you? I would say you are at a perfect weight based on both pounds and size unless you are extremely short. Being TOO skinny is not attractive or HEALTHY.0

OF Course she is, I take it from her profile that she is a teenager, and as a mother of teenagers, I can say they are impatient. they live in a world that they want, and most of the time get, instant gratification .0
