Hi all. Hope it's okay to post a progress picture as I consider it a success so far. I'm down 54 pounds since March which is a miracle. I have severe PCOS and have dieted on and off since I was 8 years old. I'm finally working towards being healthy for the right reasons and I'm really proud of myself for doing this all on my own.

    You all are so kind. Thank you so much. I agree, I look (and feel) younger. I still have a long way to go but I'm excited to check off future milestones. :)
