    Progress Picture - Down 54 Pounds

    Hi all. Hope it's okay to post a progress picture as I consider it a success so far. I'm down 54 pounds since March which is a miracle. I have severe PCOS and have dieted on and off since I was 8 years old. I'm finally working towards being healthy for the right reasons and I'm really proud of myself for doing this all on my own.

    Before is 3/8/14
