What an amazing experience.
I can really see myself signing up for more of these races in the future.
The atmosphere, vibe and overall feel of being there really touched my soul.

This is something I never thought i'd do in my life ... crazy how an app, devotion and getting fit changed my Life.

Mind blowing...

Congratulations! I am addicted to racing, too. Not only is it always a fun experience, but a great motivator to keep training. Did you sign up for your next one yet? :)

Nice! 5K's are great by themselves, and can also be good stepping stones to longer races. Either way, keep it up!

I agree, it's awesome! There is just something great about the atmosphere. My sister and I have been doing C25k (we are on week 7) and did our second 5k today. I admit, I have spent a lot of time looking over a calendar of local races, choosing which ones I want to do next!

Awesomeness! I started running last year & was looking on-line for running tips for beginning runners when an idea popped into my head "run a 5K." Cool, I said. There is my 1st goal! Then I paged over, went to Google & typed in "How long is a 5K?"! Found 1 that was a few months away, ran it & never looked back. In fact, on October 11th, I'll be running the same race again.

Glad you had a great experience and keep going! Aren't runners & running events great? What a great addiction....

This is awesome! I am finishing Week 6 of Couch 2 5K tomorrow and am always looking for more inspiration to keep on going! One of the hardest things I have ever challenged myself with and I know it is going to be worth it.

Thanks for all of the positive feedback. I already have my next 5K lined up on Sept 13th here in Philly.
I'm really looking to go all out and shave off a couple minutes if I can haha, we'll see what happens...

My ultimate Goal is to run the 10 Mile broadstreet run in Summer of 2015. a little ambitious but gonna try my hardest to reach that goal none the less

Congratulations! I agree that racing is addictive . I started with a 5k and ended up running the London Marathon a few years later:) last week I was saying to my friend that I am getting a bit fed up with running now- I ran a 10k race on Saturday and now I am hooked again and looking for my next race!
