Does anyone know what the calories burned for level 1 of jm 30 day shred is? I dont have my hrm wit me, please let me know :happy:

As calories burned is dependent on your weight, the best thing to do is just to log in here as circuit training, the closest match.

i always put it in here as 20 min circuit training. its the closest to my HRM.
