Hi,
does anyone know how much calories estimated for one bishop's nose?

    The chicken's backside, I use to call it parson's nose also referred to as pope's nose.
    No idea about the calories for it though.

    It's mostly fat...and fat is 9cals per gram...maybe about 10gm to 15gms???

    Ah, the parsons nose, I get it now. Mmm, lovely fatty crispiness.

    There are a few entries on food list for roast chicken skin or skin only - you could maybe make a rough estimate based on that?

    ok this is shocking
    the one I had is about 25g and if I ate 10 that'll be 2k calories
    that's insane..

    anyway thanks everyone for the help. I've searched high and low but none mention the calories for this delicacy

    I think I'll follow elsie suggestion to lessen the stress :P
