  • thanks! Fun that at 45 I can do things I've never done before. Today I managed 2 unassisted chinups. My goal is 10. I've never been able to do this.

    Awesome! WAY TO GO!!! You are NEVER too old to go to the playground! We went about a month ago and took some pics, and we're all in our mid 30's, so you do whatever you want!

    Wow.. I know when my son was younger I tried using the monkey bars at my heaviest was 262 lbs. Felt like my arms were coming out of socket.

    Now I can keep up with my daughter though haven't tried monkey bars again.
  • Playgrounds are the best. My daughter is 16. Keeping up to her now would mean sleeping all the time.
