Davina Work outs

I have recently been bought this dvd the exercises look really good with different sections, buff warm up, buff cardio, buff boxing, buff legs and core, buff arms, buff abs and buff stretch

but im not sure how i would log these in my diary as cant seem to find it, and i dont currently own a HR monitor as cant afford it

anyone have any ideas? thanks

    I find it burns about the same as aerobics general on here. I use my hrm but it does work out nearly the same
