do you know if I can count wyler's singles to go in my water count

    I'm of the philosophy that asks, "Did I drink it? Then it counts"

    (That said, I stopped counting water because I know I'm getting enough. I have a 24 ounce bottle at work, and another at home. I fill them 3-4 times a day (combined) at a minimum, so I'm getting at least 72ozs a day, not counting my almost daily shake, and fluid in fresh fruits).

    The program I'm on requires that I drink a gallon of water a day. Sometimes I drink the water plain and sometimes I put sugar free flavoring in it and I count it all!!! A gallon sounded like an awful lot at first but I get started right after my morning coffee, it helps fill me up in the afternoon when I feel hungry and I feel a lot better being well hydrated!
