This is one of my kids' favorites! Always a guarantee they will eat lots! I just have to make sure I have only one portion and not go back for seconds..or thirds...

Pork Chops with Gravy

4-6 lean pork chops
1 clove minced garlic
1 can 85% fat free Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk (we use 2%)
Brown pork chops and garlic in a small amount of oil.
Remove chops onto a plate. Add soup and milk. Stir well. Return chops to the skillet.
Cover and simmer on low and cook for 10-12 min stirring occasionally.

Serve over a bed of whole wheat pasta and steamed frozen-fresh green beans on the side :)

3oz serving of pork, one cup of pasta, and 1/2 cup green beans:

As a pig farmer's daughter, gotta love this!! hahaha

I love pork chops, and it breaks up, the chicken, chicken, chicken, that people trying to heat healthy think they have to eat!!

My only change, would be asparagus instead of green beans! LOL I hate green beans!

    THANKS for posting!!

My youngest son LOVES asparagus so we make that a lot, too. My eldest son hates both, so it's a toss up! LOL :)
